The agreement between you and ShadowTrace Solutions Private Limited for use of Rust Samrajya 3X. Last updated: August 24, 2026.
1 Who You Are Dealing With
This server and website are operated by ShadowTrace Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India.
By connecting to the server or using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2 Eligibility: 18+ Only
- You must be 18 years of age or older to play on Rust Samrajya 3X or to buy VIP. Rust is a violent survival game and our community is an adult one.
- By connecting, you represent that you are at least 18.
- We remove players we find to be under 18 and delete their data. No refund is due where an account is removed for misrepresenting age.
- You must also own a legitimate copy of Rust and comply with Valve's and Facepunch's own terms.
3 What We Provide
- Access to a community Rust game server with the rates and wipe schedule advertised on this site, offered for entertainment and recreation only.
- A public leaderboard of gameplay statistics.
- Optional paid VIP and VIP+ tiers granting in-game kits, perks and reduced cooldowns.
- Nothing on this server is a wager and nothing pays out. Scrap, items and any other in-game object have no monetary value, cannot be bought from us for money, cannot be sold back to us, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of monetary value. VIP is a subscription for access and convenience, not a stake, and it wins you nothing.
4 Conduct
Our full in-game rules are on the Rules page and form part of these terms. In addition, you must not:
- use cheats, exploits, macros or any third-party software that gives an unfair advantage;
- choose an in-game or clan name that is obscene, hateful, impersonates another person, or is unlawful, since these names are published on our leaderboard;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players or staff;
- post or transmit anything unlawful under Indian law, including content that is defamatory, obscene, infringes intellectual property, or threatens public order;
- attempt to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to the server, the website or its infrastructure.
We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules. We aim to act proportionately and you may appeal any ban through our Grievance Officer.
5 VIP Subscriptions
- VIP and VIP+ are sold at the prices shown on the Kits page, for a fixed weekly or monthly term, and are arranged through our Discord.
- A subscription grants a licence to use in-game perks for the term. It does not transfer ownership of anything, and it cannot be resold or transferred to another player.
- Perks, kit contents and cooldowns reflect the live server configuration and may be rebalanced. We will announce material changes in Discord before they take effect.
- Billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6 Wipes, Availability and Limits
- The server wipes on the published schedule and on Facepunch forced wipes. A wipe deletes all in-game progress and structures by design: it is a feature of the game, not a fault, and no compensation is due for it.
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, provider outages and attacks happen.
- To the maximum extent Indian law permits, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
- We may change these terms; the version on this page at the time you use the service is the one that applies.
7 Grievances
For any complaint about the service, a ban, content on the leaderboard, or your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer:
We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
8 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
