Privacy Policy
How Rust Samrajya 3X handles your data. Last updated: July 18, 2026.
1 Who We Are
Rust Samrajya 3X operates a community Rust game server and this leaderboard website (rustsamrajya.live). For anything privacy-related, contact us on Discord or email yashkute9955@gmail.com.
2 What We Collect & Why
- Leaderboard data — when you play on the server, our stats plugin records your SteamID64, in-game name, and gameplay statistics (kills, deaths, resources gathered, raids, and similar). Your public Steam avatar is fetched from your Steam profile. This is published on the leaderboard. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a competitive community leaderboard, which is a core advertised feature of the server.
- Streamer applications — if you apply on the Partner page, we store the in-game name, Discord username, platform, channel URL, and message you submit, solely to review your application. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a partnership.
- Server logs — our hosting providers keep standard technical logs (including IP addresses) for security and abuse prevention, retained briefly.
3 Cookies & Third Parties
- This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- Live stream players on the Streamers page load only after you click them. Clicking connects you to YouTube, Twitch, or Kick, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
- Player avatars are served from Steam's CDN, and fonts from Google Fonts — your browser transmits your IP address to those services when loading them.
- We never sell your data or share it with anyone beyond the services listed above.
4 Retention
- Leaderboard statistics are kept for as long as the server operates, including past-wipe history.
- Streamer applications are deleted once reviewed, or after 90 days at the latest.
5 Your Rights (GDPR)
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, at any time.
- To have your entry removed or anonymized on the leaderboard, message us on Discord or email yashkute9955@gmail.com from a way we can verify you own the Steam account. We act on verified requests within 30 days.
- If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
